Approaching 1 month mark

So today marks the 26th straight day of Careprost. While I can't quite place exactly what's changed, I know something has. I can see my eyelashes when I'm not wearing makeup. Usually my lashes are a dull black that doesn't stand out. Now I notice my eyelashes when looking in the mirror. They are a darker shade of black. I also think they're fuller too. In the up close pics, which look kind of gross, it appears that rows and rows of lashes have emerged. As far as length, the jury is still out on that one. I've worn mascara a couple times during the past week, and I'm very happy with what I see. I'm pleased. I hope my lashes grow longer, but I'm definitely out of the woods, so to speak.

Week 1 update

I stopped putting the Careprost on my eyebrows. It was way too itchy! My eyebrows are not naturally full, but they're full enough for me to fill in with an eyebrow pencil without looking too fake.

The redness in my eyes isn't as bad as it was in the first few days. As far as growth, I really don't expect much in that department until at least 8 weeks. I did take some more photos and I'm happy with what I see but I'm not seeing enough of a difference to justify posting the pics.

Every now and then I forget and rub my eyes which is a problem. I don't want random hairs growing around my eyes, so I'm going to work on that.

That's about it!

My Before Photos

Before starting Careprost, I was getting individual eyelashes installed every three to four weeks. I loved the extensions, but it was just one more beauty regimen I had to keep up with and I'm trying to trim down my list of routines that require leaving my house!

So, thank goodness I found Careprost! I was actually just about to drop 10x more for Latisse when I discovered Careprost through Youtube. I'm on Day 6 now, but I'm going to go ahead and post my before pictures from Day 1 before too much time goes by. Unfortunately, I didn't do a good job of capturing the essence of my lashes. In my opinion, they are full but very short.

So far, the Careprost has caused a little redness in my eyes. I've also put it on my eyebrows, but the problem with that is that my yebrows begin to itch a little, and before I know it, I'm scratching my face. Not sure if I will keep on putting it on my eyebrows because I don't want to accidentally cause hair growth AROUND my eyes. LOL.

Sorry that the first couple pictures aren't that clear. I took some more on Day 5 on a better camera. I doubt much happened between days 1 and 5!

Day 5 Photos (Taken with a much better camera. Stubborn individual extensions that have not yet come off are visible) I will update with a VLOG on Day 8.
